If you watch these kind of shows, you'll know that the runway is a place where anything and everything goes. There have been some very bizarre outfits over the years, but that's what makes catwalks to fascinating to watch. Before hitting the runway, each model would have been seen by a make-up artist and a hairdresser. High profile shows are organised to perfection - this is why they probably bring in professional make-up artists from Dior and Channel, or would even hire a top hair stylist from Rush London or New York to make sure all the models look perfect. As a fashion-fanatic you might be keen to read about some of this year's spring trends as seen on the runway.
Florals
Bright and colorful floral patterns are really in this spring. We've seen flirty floral crop tops to floral leggings. Believe it or not, floral leggings were actually all the rage in the 90s and it is defiantly a surprise they've made a come back. However, this time around the floral patterns are much more delicate; we see botanical patterns and splashy watercolour motifs, compared to the garish huge flower prints we saw 20 years ago. Floral tops are always very flattering and are ideal for pairing with jeans or brightening up a solid skirt.
Button-Up
This Spring, models are sporting rather sharp, yet classic and smart, button-up blouses. These short-sleeved iterations of the signature shirt are intended to be buttoned right to the very top to give a geek-chic look. Many models have been seen sporting the button-up shirt with a statement necklace to funk up the look.
Crop tops
Crop tops are back and look great when paired with a high-waisted skirt or a pair of jeans. Models have also been seen wearing them under slouchy cardigans.
